Poor Service, the salesmen are salesman and will say anything to get you to buy. The price on auto-trader was not the price on the forecourt ( the was £500 difference ) incorrectly advertised on auto trader, advertised with SatNav which the car did not. I had to take the car back twice and left it for 6 days due to the same issues which were. squeaky Clutch Blower Fan not working AirCon not working 2nd key not working rear view mirror no attached either in the correct place or firmly I was told that the warranty would not be extended on the car nor the parts fitted after the repair I was told to contact trading standards by the manager if I had any complaints. I was belittled and assaulted by both the owner and salesman. ********** I have this recorded *********** Avoid at all cost , there are 10 other dealerships within 1/2

My experience was stressful and deflating when buying a car at John Stuart. Please avoid. Brought a car that I loved was slightly more expensive than other show rooms but with the friendly staff ( this was my opinion pre buying car) and great aftercare promised it would be worth it. How wrong. The car wasn't ready when promised but 5 days later with no apologises given. Serveral days after we got the car our first problem occurred and we took it back and told this problem wasn't covered by the warranty and nothing they could do. Great. Again few weeks later had another problem again customer service after doesn't match the promise on sale this time I was told by the sales man it's good for us doing repairs covered by the warranty as we get paid extra . So lets sell me a car then with constant issues so you can charge the warranty company for repairs and waste my time keep bringing the car in and the addition on fuel to get there. The whole experience has been bad! 😁

Bought my car recently and all appeared well. Lovely car in what appeared A1 condition. THEN!!! major issues and potential bills of nearly £2K. Garage insisted the warranty covered the first three months, they didn't want to know. Legally they themselves are responsible for 3 months after sale. Warranty is for only £1K inc VAT and they will try and wriggle out also. Wish I had never bought the car, LEGAL CASE is pending

Worst company in Warrington. I advise anybody thinking of buying a car or using any of there services DONT !!!! They WILL rip you off as I've found out !!
