Glued together parts !!
I brought an 11reg car from them 18. Months ago ( the car was only 3 yrs old when purchased) 18 months down the line a head light bulb has gone . Took it to my local garage to get this changed only to find out the head light unit had been glued together . Recently had it serviced only to find out I need new brake discs when the car has only done 30,000 miles. Not exactly the VW standard we are lead to believe exists

Car damaged while beeing serviced
Took my car there with as good as new paint work. Upon receiving the car i noticed 3 major scratches on the bonnet. The manager tried every trick on the book so they won't accept liability. If you want your car to be worse off after the service then by all means use them, if you care for your car don't!!!!
