AVOID!
Ordered on line, finally received an email saying they couldn't get the item even though they'd taken the money from my account, and over 2 months on am still battling for a refund! Terrible customer service, next to no communication skills, DO NOT SHOP ESPECIALLY ON LINE! They refuse to answer my communications, have taken money with no intention of providing goods!

I have brought bras from Jolie a couple of times. every time the staff have been friendly and helpfull. when you ask for there opinion they are honest, but tactfull! the range of lingerie that they have is great aswell.
