I aim to help people make a real difference in their lives. I do this by creating a safe and suportive environment where people are free to talk about the issues that concern them the most. My approach is calm, to the point and above all honest.

I am a trained professional who will listen to you without judgement, so you can be really honest. I will help you explore how you feel so that I can help you get to the route of the problem. I can then support you to identify the positive changes you can make to lead a more rewarding life.

Previous to becoming a counsellor, I spent 4 years working in a counselling related role in the NHS. I have also previously worked with people with substance misuse issues, victims of crime and young people with sexuality issues

My practice is based in Shoreditch, at the Gestalt Centre, where I am able to offer evening and daytime appointments. The Centre is just 10 minute walk from the City, making it an ideal venue for an after work appointment. It is only 5 minute walk from Old Street Station and a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street and Moorgate stations.

I also offer sessions in Waterloo, Central London. Where my therapy room is a short walk from Waterloo Train Station. Being close to the station provides excellent transport links, with the station being connected to the Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern, Waterloo and City London Underground lines as well as National Rail Services and many bus routes.

In addition to these venues, I also offer sessions throughout the country via Skype and can work flexibly between face-to-face and Skype for those people who work away from home.

Home visits can also be arranged.

I keep a small number of sessions available at a reduced rate for students and low income earners. Please get in contact for more details.
