Disgusting Service, Extremely Rude Staff

These agents are diabolical. Made to sign inventory and receive keys at their Thirsk Office, we thought unusual, only to get to the property and find it filthy and in such a state that we were unable to move in. We had to re-decorate entire property, which took over 2 weeks and put me in the entirety of approx £350 out of pocket. We brought our discrepancies up with Joplings immediately however were told, in their words, that it was "tough as we had signed the rental agreement". Staff so very extremely rude. I would never ever go through Joplings ever again. Would have given minus stars, however no option but to put one. If you think that mine is an isolated instance, it is not. I know people who are just as disgusted with the service that they have received from Joplings.
