Poor Health and Beauty Venue...
Josh's Hair and Beauty is one of the worst salon experiences of my life. Poor Service... over priced and the owner is very rude and two faced.... As I caught her on serveral occassions saying some nasty things about customers as soon as they had left. I would not recommend this business at all. I am still in severe pain from my visit last week... from the hair removal treatment... if the pain has not gone soon... I will consider legal action. There are so many better salons in Leicester... try "Pretty" on Melton Road... people that are actually qualified and one's (Josh) that do not have fake certificates on the wall! I feel so strong about the poor experience of this business that I have actually contacted Trading Standards.
