Excellent service
I telephoned the shop and spoke to someone about getting new carpets fitted. The telephone customer service was excellent as the gentleman took all the details and treated me with respect and listened to what I wanted to say. He then agreed to come and measure the rooms. Subsequently, I chose a carpet and the fitter arrived as arranged and fitted the carpets. The carpets were fitted and the rooms were cleared of all rubbish. I would highly recommend Jotti carpets as customer service and the price were excellent and the I was treated with respect. ☺️ Thank you 😊

Unbelievably rubbish service
Went to them last year October chose a thick pile plain grey carpet. They came a fitted a non existent pile carpet with white dots in it, laid my vinyl floor on top of my old one, which also is a shambles, two different types of vinyl even tho I chose the one I wanted, been ringing them to change these carpets to the one I payed for as this is no where near the quality or one I chose for near enough a year, today they turned up measured the room had bare attitude about it this was at 10:30 this morning, said they would be back at to fit the carpet in a couple of hours I’ve moved all my furniture and it’s now 16:45 and still no show I ring they don’t answer, I’m fully fed up and I will be reporting them to trading standards, this is not on, they shouldn’t be aloud to run a carpet business, it’s beyond a joke the amount of times over this year I’ve tried to get my carpets sorted due to them laying the complete wrong flooring in the 1st place, how can u be so unprofessional? And then give me attitude like I’ve done you a wrong, they’ve basically ripped me off by laying some dead carpet with no pile in it, their excuse is the one I chose wasn’t in stock!! The carpets and vinyls are not laid correctly at all, they are full of s**t, DO NOT BUY CARPETS FROM THESE LOT. Absolute rubbish service all round.

Rubbish
Damaged my bath when installing. 1 week later still waiting for them to come look at it after saying they were coming everyday.
