We work with successful ambitious entrepreneurial businesses 5-50 staff who wish to further grow their business and take their business to the next level through the development of their people offering bespoke 1-2-1 coaching/mentoring/training, supporting, trusting and empowering every individual that we work with to further develop and grow.
Current strengths are identified, we then pinpoint current challenges, and agree areas for business growth and personal development, a win for each employee and the business.
The skills being asked to be developed are often around enhancing leadership skills and styles, developing a coaching style of man management , interpersonal skills, time management, improving confidence and assertiveness, developing effective communication skills and increasing sales.
Our interventions result in new skills being applied, attitudes and operational behaviours being transformed, people becoming far more effective with their time management , having greater self belief and confidence, culminating in better productivity, profit and success.

As a growing school we were keen to use the coaching model as a strategy for personal and professional growth for members of our school teaching and leadership teams. Jenny was able to provide bespoke support for individuals which both challenged personal perceptions and provided the support to help them to reflect upon their own professional pathways. In a short space of time Jenny has been able to have real impact which has seen positive outcomes for all those involving in her coaching programme. Jenny has been instrumental in helping me improve my efficiency, effectiveness and time management. Before I engaged with Jenny, my workload was out of control, I had too many outstanding tasks, too many emails in my inbox and no control over what task should be done when. After engaging with Jenny she helped give me practical tips, to the extent we went through each task that was outstanding and talked through what should be done with it. This focus on a micro level really helped me better understand how to operate in a more efficient manner. One of the key things that I learned about myself was that I was easily distracted. This meant I did not finish tasks completely, hence why I had so many ongoing projects. Jenny was very supportive, always at the end of the phone as well as the regular face-to-face and telephone meetings, and she has helped me totally change my approach to work as well as my home life.
