Terrible. Would never go here again
If i could give this less than a star i would. The service here is appalling. They currently have an offer of 50% off for new customers, so i ended up paying £25 ( it shocks me that i would normally have to pay £50 for this terrible service). I was not made to feel comfortable. I felt like the cut was rushed. No products were used to make my hair smooth and less frizzy. The general cut was average and really no time, care or consideration was taken into my hair. Other people were offered a hot drink, i was not, Would never go back, was a terrible experience and frankly they deserve to close.
