I paid for 24 hr courier delivery and when I hadn't received the item 2 days later I emailed them to ask what was happening. I got an email to say that there had been a mix up and that the item would be with me ASAP. Five days later and I still have not received the item and they have blatantly ignored my emails requesting an update on the situation. I will not be using them again.
