'A year later I am still a non-smoker'
Its a pleasure not to smell of smoke, to be getting healthier and not to be worried about whether I will be able to smoke when I visit friends. In addition to Julie's skills as a hypnotherapist, she also gave me practical advice, which I found really helped. Having smoked for 30 years the addiction was not the only obstacle to overcome, there is also the association with pleasurable times plus the sense of loss that I don't think I could have overcome without Julie's help. I thoroughly recommend hypnotherapy - it works
