Just two miles away from the beautiful and picturesque town of Dartmouth on the River Dart. It is situated in a lovely part of the complex with stunning views over the beautiful Devon countryside with its rolling hills.
The lounge is situated at the front of the bungalow overlooking the countryside with a sliding French door, two cream leather settees, quality furniture, TV, DVD and Video.
Bedroom one - larger than most with king-size bed, two side tables, wardrobe, chest of draws with large mirror above.
Twin – bedded room – also large size with 3' beds, side and dressing table, wardrobe with mirror above.
