Very High Standards
Very impressed with the overall service provided by Just Doors UK. The response from the staff at the factory and delivery driver was excellent. You can tell the quality of the door is of a very high standard and our fitter said it was one of the best he had seen and fitted. Would definitely recommend Just Doors UK to anyone.

Excellent quality & service
Contrary to the reviews below the service I received was fantastic. Ordering was made easy and my doors & windows were delivered within the hour specified. Maybe new owners now? either way I will be using them again and wouldn't hesitate ro recommend.

Do Not even think about using this company
Do not use this company. I bought a composite door from them under three years ago. The colour has completly faded and even though they have agreed to exchange my door I am now struggling to get any contact from them. I have emailed them , telephoned them and now they are ignoring me. There is supposed to be a ten year guarantee on all their doors . This is a joke. If anyone wants to see the emails please leave a comment on this site with your email address

terrible workmanship
i bought upvc rear door and door itself is ok but the way the rubber door seal was fitted there were gaps up to 4mm ay every corner did noy attempt to be water tight . there customer service does not exist just ignore the problem have had t pay some one to fit a new seal to make water tight .avoid at all costs!!!!!,

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IN A MILLION YEARS
Appaling customer service. Delivery was arranged 4 times, they failed to show up on three independent occasions and did not bother to let me know nor apologise. I would never use them again and would recommend to steer well clear of this company.

I ordered a composite front door and a UPVC back door. Delivered to my front door by a really nice driver. The front door is beautiful and really well constructed. Looks exactly as it did on the online design portal. Easy to install and put together, I did it all myself. Very secure and the lock is very easy to operate. The back door is perfect. I chose the simply glass at the top. Very easy to install and very secure. Excellent Value. I could not find a door for a better price. My card declined (due to fraud protection) they guys helped me sort it out with their great customer service skills.

The new door has made an immediate difference, it shuts out the previous noise so must insulate much more effectively than the old single glazed wooden item. Fitting was easy enough, I did it solo with a trolley jack, but 2 persons recommended. I had to seek advice from justdoors re. locking and after a little more adjustment to the hinges it worked perfectly.
