We are a ladies only gym based in Fulwood, Preston. Whatever your age, level of fitness or experience of using gym equipment, you will be amazed at how easy it is to use our specially designed equipment to complete your 30 minute workout and start seeing the results. With the circuit taking just 30 Minutes to complete and with it only taking three visits a week to start seeing fantastic results this is the gym you have been looking for!
