After Sales Service.

After sales service will eventually be the life blood of our business and in our opinion this is where a lot of small company's go wrong. They have been paid, they treat the job as a nuisance and they make excuses and lose all the credibility they have built up. We pride ourselves on our ability and capacity to deal with after sales matters with a 24/7 telephone service. We sell seven days a week and we service those sales with the same enthusiasm. If asked how long will we be there for our customers? For as long as we are able to assist them.

Deliveries

All deliveries of furniture, appliances and worktops etc. are delivered to our warehouse for checking ten days before the fit. This saves you having to sit at home for days on end waiting for deliveries that never arrive on time. Having seen that the kitchen is complete we are then able to deliver everything on the day the fitter arrives and it is the fitters that unload the lorry not you!

Fitting

Before we start the fitting we will arrange delivery of a skip to dispose of your old kitchen and appliances (except fridges and freezers) and all of the packaging. Fitting a kitchen takes an average of three to four days, sometimes less depending on size. After your kitchen is finished the rubbish is gone and we are gone - it is not rocket science to offer this service - just good customer care.

The Product

Omerod, East Coast and exquisite bespoke kitchens from Prentice, which amount to a choice of over 250 doors. Whether using doors of MDF, or the beautiful European Pippy Oak, all kitchens have a very high specification cabinet which consists of 18mm. carcases, solid box construction, adjustable legs, 10mm. composite back panels rebated into the cabinet. Soft close drawers based on 15mm. framework, steel sides and nylon runners. All doors have demountable hinges with soft close hinges as standard. Cabinets come in numerous colours and in most cases matching the door finish.

JUST KITCHENS (South Wales) Limited is a seven year old company based on the vast experience of two Directors who have each been serving the industry for over 30 years. Our company is based in Pontyclun, and supplies kitchens directly from the manufacturer to you the customer, cutting out the expense of the middle showroom and reflecting this in our prices.

Being aware of the pitfalls and catastrophes that are all too familiar with the purchase of a new kitchen, at JUST KITCHENS we are eager to address these problems and offer a "No hassle - No fuss" policy. To this end we include a fully comprehensive service that includes fitting, plumbing, gas work, electrical work, tiling, building alterations and decorating. All our services are highly professional and are certificated for Gas Safe and Part "P" Electrical requirements.
