My taxi didn't turn up, & when I phoned to enquire where it was, I was very rudely spoken to by the same guy on the desk I'd booked it with who informed me that I'd never booked it which was a blatant lie. I live in Standish & would not recommend this firm. There are many more much more reliable.

Unreliable
Had a train to catch, gave them plenty of notice, then when i rang with the taxi 10 minutes late and missing the train, the switchboard guy decided to argue with me and rudely hung up.....unreliable and impolite, won't be using this company again.
