Don't pay cash!
Serviced and Mot for three consecutive years without a problem then was told 'are you paying cash?' for vat free charge. fell for it. Was overcharged for a part replacement by 'Jason'. paid cash. £440 not the £28.80 if I had gone to Nissan. When I complained, guess what? No proof! So if you use them, DONT FALL FOR THE CASH PAYMENT TRICK! collect receipts and record of work done, especially from 'Jason@!!!! Good Luck!
