I would never use this garage but Ensure insist to use them ..1 the car had a VX line body kit I bought the car one week before the accident which was not my fault and they have not put the front spoiler on as they say it’s not genuine equipment on the Internet the pictures show the car advertised with a genuine VX-Line a body kit they gave me the front spoiler back what a joke . I’ve dropped the spoiler off at another body shop usually can sort the problem out but these bunch of idiots are useless I will be contacting insure on Monday and I will sue KC autos the car came in with the parts on and the car has left without the part on they said the car had pre-accident damage and the car is better than it was when it went in how can that be with the 2018 car. One very scruffy dirty looking assessor came out from the back . One good point is one of the lads came out and actually agreed with me 100% and told me to pursue it on Monday I’ve never seen such an unprofessional set of wankers trust me never take your car there .

Should be renamed "Circle autos" they cut so many corners. It's now 9 months since they started a very simple repair job to replace a passenger door and paint 2 panels and the sill, but it went back 4 times and has had to be corrected by another bodyshop. In the 9 months, they have (or haven't)....used the bent mechanism in the door so the window didn't open. Used a touch up pen instead of painting a panel!!(i was gobsmacked at that one!), forgot to connect the internal door handle so you couldn't get out, damaged the tinted window film, replaced the film with the wrong colour, left buffer burn marks in the pillars when buffing the panels, used the incorrect filler/undercoat on the sill so the paint cracked. An independent engineer verified that the work was sub-standard. I have since refused to send the car back to them again and got an experienced bodyshop to re-paint the sill and flatten back the orange peel/dust filled lacquer on the doors. Currently reviewing the file with the Incident Management Solutions company with a view to taking legal action for compensation due to the catalogue of poor jobs and time/cost implications of it all. If there's one thing you should take from this, it's...do NOT use this company. Your insurance company will tell you that they are 'insurance approved', but the approver must've either had a brown envelope put into his pocket, or was blind, as the quality of work is appalling. Unfortunately can't give zero stars.

Absolutely dreadful service. My partners car went in for an insurance repair to their Northwich site and several weeks later they returned it with more damage (that they had done!) than it went to them with. They then expected it to be accepted. No chance. Another week later and it came back. No offer of compensation, no apology, nothing. Customer service is truly awful too. They never seem to have anyone to pick up or drop off the car, and dont expect anyone to ever return promised phone calls. AVOID at all costs.

This garage is totally useless, 7 weeks to fix my car then they tell me that the fault that they caused is down to me becase " it says on the internet that these cars suffer with this fault". receptionists in this garage are unfriendly and again useless, DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE OR ANY OF ITS SISTER BODY SHOPS LIKE THE ONE IN NORTHWICH AS THEY ARE ALL THE SAME, LIARS, UNINTERESTED IN FIXING THE CAR BUT MORE INTERESTED IN GETTING THEIR STUPID POXY C2 BACK. CRAP

Accident damage and bad service

This garage is one of Esures recommended garages. They took my car in to have body damage repaired. It took 6weeks to be delivered back. On receipt of the vehicle back I found it had an engine problem. They had delivered it back with this fault which i found strange as no one had taken the time to ring me first and inform me of the problem. They sent a trailor to pick it up for investigation on my insistance as I was afraid it may cause further damage to the engine. A fiat dealer put it down to wear and tear in the absense of any other damage, a sort of catch all situation. I was promised delivery for nearly 3 weeks before they initially returned it. I would not recommend the use of this garage to anyone as since they were told by a fiat dealer that it was probably wear and tear their attitude to actually making contact with me changed. Once they knew they were in the clear they chased me for the return of the hire car. Esure also refused to let me use the uninsured loss legal part of my insurance to seek advice on the matter. Both parties did their best to stitch me up once they had it in writing that the part had just failed while in their possession.
