i booked a group on deal & took up the offer yesterday (tuesday 26th july 2011) i was MORE than impressed with the service i received. from walking through the door the customer service was top knotch! they could not do enough for me, i was treated to a mini facial by leanne - very professional. then i had my hair colour put in by sarah & kerry, then while my colour was developing i had a 30 minute back massage, again by leanne. i was at the salon a total of 3 hours & was pampered all afternoon. would HIGHLY recommend
