I had a breakdown in the height of the winter with an 18mth old baby, left with no hot water or heating. Out came the owner of the business Kim who took my part away and ordered a 'new' one. He fitted it five days later. On getting an inspection for Boiler Insurance two months after it was found to be my original part, it wasn't even reconditioned, at a cost of £200. Absolutely disgusting service, this is exactly the reason I now have breakdown cover as there are so many trademen cutting corners at the vulnerables expense.
