Demands money left right and centre. Abusive on the phones, don’t care about your personal situations, threaten you, don’t do repairs when needed. AVIOD! There’s better agencies out there

Being new to the area having moved from London we asked about the area assured it was a good especially having a baby on the way. As time went on found out it was one of the most racist areas in sunderland, the taxi man can tell u the shop keeper the neighbours but not our estate agency. We have had our tyres punctures numerous times glass thrown into our garden. People banging down our door at all hours days and night and running away. We have asked the estate agent if we can get assistance to move houses with them as we are not safe and we are not in a financial situation to up nd leave. One minute they say yes then they avoid the phone calls. Not helpful at all meanwhile we still pay rent without fail. There service is disgusting. When me nd my new born are injured maybe then they will care.
