Horrendous

I don't even know where to begin As I entered 2 members of staff looked at me, almost shocked that someone entered their store. One of the lads burst to life as he practically ran to a door near the entrance. This left me alone with an absolute baboon. The man I was left with was beyond useless. I asked him about booking in my laptop for repair. He robotically repeated that I will have to pay to book it in and that I would have to leave, book an appointment online and then return to the store. He was unwilling to even look at my laptop chanting "I'm not the engineer" rhythmically as if it was a religious mantra. I left the store and returned home and looked to book a repair and I was shocked to see MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS to book my laptop in that day and appointment slots every day for a week. It boggles the mind that they sent me home to click a button only to return the same day. I called the Applecare technical support call center and I explained the experience I had endured in that shop. They apologised and offered to collect my laptop from my home (for free). The laptop repair cost me nothing through Apple which is at odds to what I was told in this retail store. Absolutely horrendous experience.
