I am Ken Rogan and first became interested in fitness in 2019 after realising the lack of personal trainers specifically for people with disabilities. I offer bespoke programmes around the needs of your body and tendencies to help you achieve your personal goals. I work dedicatedly for disabled people and ensure that you exercise correctly in a comfortable space or even virtually at the comfort of your own house. I ensure to keep a keen look at your progress and make the training process easier so that you can make it a lifelong habit. I utilise my knowledge and expertise to help you regain your fitness.
