We teach tai chi and chi-kung (qigong) for health and self-defence. We teach both daytime and evening classes across Birmingham, all of which are listed on our website. We also provide on-site sessions for business, schools, NHS, councils etc. We are members of and regional officers for the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain and the British Council for Chinese Martial arts
