Killingworth Kaizen Karate Club

Kaizen Karate Club is a new club dedicated to teaching traditional Shotokan Karate. Sensei Keith Burns, 5th Dan Black belt has over 30yrs experience teaching beginners of all ages. He has competed and won many Kata and Kumite competitions in his career. As a member of the Northern Region Squad, he also competed in European Championships and many Inter-regional championships.

Killingworth Kaizen Karate Club based at The Lakeside Leisure Centre caters for children (7 years and over) and adults alike. Karate teaches individuals,confidence, discipline, self-defence and respect for others as well as providing great excercise and fitness.

Kaizen Tiny Tigers A fun Karate Class for younger children aged between 3 and 6yrs based at The Lakeside Leisure Centre Killingworth.

Ashington Kaizen Karate Club caters for adults(16yrs+) only.
