Went to Kall Kwik to get my daughter's birthday invitations printed. Could not be happier with the service. If I'm honest i didn't have a clue but the guys in the shop took me through all the options and made it very easy for me to get what I wanted. I would highly recommend there service as i got mucked about at other printers in the city.

I have had the most disappointing experience printing my wedding invitations at Kall Kwik last week on Fleet Street in London. I have spent quite a lot of time designing cool invitations with a really great designer. When I came to Kall Kwik I met Natalie who is the Director there who looked at my image, printed it out, and we discussed the best paper choice. The reason I went there is because the website manifested that they also provide "advice" on picking the paper, process, etc, which you would expect from any professional printer really. She complemented that the image was great and we picked mat paper, I said that I didn't want anything glossy. We also went with the most expensive litho process which should be better quality than digital print. When I picked up my invites last Friday I literally had tears in my eyes when I saw them. The quality was extremely poor and the image was so pale, that you couldn't see the venue of the wedding!!! The answer I received back was that it's designer's fault and they have nothing to do with the image, this is despite the fact that I inquired if the artwork is good for the process and paper, and was told that the image will come out beautifully, not even mentioning that their website talks about how they advise clients. Today I have submitted my invitations to be reprinted with a different printer and now under a huge time crunch to get the invitations out in reasonable time. Of course Natalie said that because they have nothing to do with the image they will not reimurse my £300... This printer also indicated that the quality was very poor and printer should have communicated the effect the image, the paper choice, and process will have on the outcome. I would not recommend anyone going to Kall Kwik for their poor quality of service unless you know exactly what you are doing with paper and process. This has been the worst stress nobody needs...
