Terrible!
I dropped in some items to be scanned today - i have never come across such a incompetent company - despite requested our documents to be in jpeg format (and as written their work ticket) all supplied files were in pdf & only 29 out of the 45 managed to get on the CD. They managed to convert and email the files over but on the first attempt only 24 made it (where are all my files going?!). I dropped the files in at around 10am - Its 4.45pm now and I'm still waiting for the rest - I will be asking for a refund though judging by the service so far its not likely to happen! Avoid at all costs is my recommendation
