Engaging Kane's to arrange my wifes funeral, was to be honest a bad decision on my part. When you lose, a loved one you expect them to be treated in death the way you treated them in life, with upmost love, care and respect, alas Kane's in this instance did not do this, from not picking up my wifes body from the hospital for 3 days (despite the coroner telling them they could) i only found out when i took her clothes to the Wythenshawe branch, to find she wasn''t there, to not sending enough pal bearers to carry her coffin at the crematorium, and people had to step in to carry her. And trust me these are just a couple of things that went wrong. In my humble opinion you should think twice before you use this company,or further heartbreak will follow.
