Wedding photography - poor service

Overall, Kate Izak Photography is a business that did not show care about our special day during the wedding. Kate Izak Photography appeared to take advantage of the wedding day and location chosen by the couple to build their own business. Kate Izak Photography showed unprofessional behaviour, limited listening skills, poor communication leading up to the wedding, and little to no care of the wedding is a one day in a lifetime, but Kate Izak Photography used great sales techniques to get us to sign a contract with Kate Izak Photography’s business so Kate Izak Photography could expand own portfolio. Unfortunately, our lovely and intimate wedding became a big marketing pitch and over 200 photos were dragged out and shared in public for marketing purposes. Kate Izak took away the intimacy of our wedding not even asking if we were happy to share our names in public.
