As you are buying direct, you don't have to wait for up to 15 weeks for your new kitchen or bedroom, we can deliver within 14 days of survey in most cases - a unique service to be proud of.

KBBC have invested heavily in our customer service call centres so we offer great customer service.
Our customers have very little to do except agree a time and date for their free bedroom or kitchen design.
Once an appointment has been booked, it is confirmed by one of our Appointment Managers to ensure that all of your details are correct and to explain the services we offer. Prior to our Kitchen Designer visiting, a security call will always be made to you, giving the Designer's name.
Our Kitchen Designer will tell you about KBBC and show you the kitchen ranges that we have to offer giving you suggestions on what could suit your home.
Each Kitchen Designer carries a full range of 61 kitchen doors so you can make an informed decision on how they will look in your kitchen.
They also carry with them brochures of kitchen sinks and kitchen appliances as well as a kitchen worktop swatch, this way you can compare colours textures and styles from the comfort of your home.

Before any of our new Kitchen Designers are allowed to meet our customers, they are thoroughly re-trained on all of our kitchen products and services so they can understand our customers' needs.
They also accompany experienced KBBC Kitchen Designers to gain practical experience and kitchen design tips.
Our Kitchen Designers take on board all of your features that you would like to see in the new kitchen and together with you, will design the best possible kitchen that is both ergonomically and aesthetically pleasing.
The kitchen will then be drawn in a 1:20 scale detailing all aspects of the plan for you.


Once your order has been placed, we will arrange for a Technical Surveyor to visit you and run through extensive checklist to minimise errors. This normally takes abourt 2 hours. They will also double-check all model numbers and colours of the door, worktop, handles, sink, taps and appliances to ensure that every component has been ordered correctly and that your new kitchen fits into your room. We will also post you manufacturer's brochures as soon as an order is placed.
