we purchased two olive trees via the M&S web site,they arrived well packed with no damage,looking healthy and well potted. I asked advice regarding repotting as i thought the pots too small,i had a reply within ten minutes,giving so much helpful advice,including what medium to use when repotting,what a pleasure to deal with such a responsive well run company. john baker
