About Us

Keith founded his own business in 1978 in Swinton, Manchester having moved from Middlesex, his original hometown.

His first business premises opened in Chorley Road, Swinton, but due to the expansion of the company he has relocated to Albion Street, Swinton.

Over the years Keith has welcomed his Sons into the business, they have become fully qualified engineers themselves and offer a valid contribution to the business. Keith's wife Trisha controls the administration, quotations and all clerical work, often working late hours to offer a continual service to all customers. Keith believes this has helped to strengthen the reliability of the company.

Keith Davids' is a family business which has been established for over 30 years and is fully Gas Safe Registered.
We give a complete service from the removal of your existing boiler and tanks, through to the installation of a brand new boiler. We can also alter any existing pipework to suit your new installation if required.

With the introduction of condensing combi boilers during the last 10 years, Keith firmly believes now is the best time to change over to the new system. Having tested many of the boilers on offer, it is apparant that there are savings to be made of around 40% on your current Gas bill. This is also affected by having the correct thermostatic controls installed into your system.

Keith now gives most of his time to meeting customers at their property and offering his valuble opinion based on years of personal experience fitting full central heating systems.

On many occasions when surveying properties, it may be discovered after the tanks are removed, that there is also scope to re-design the bathroom space. Keith can include a price to re-design and fit your bathroom upon spec.
