Colour and cut
I just had a colour and cut at Kenneth Edwards… disaster. Colour did’t take and had to be redone. Highlights didn’t take at all and looks like just a block colour. Still have conditioner in the back of the hair so feels greasy. I don’t blame the young stylist she tried. At no point did the senior stylist check the hair. Just asked if it was ok when I went to pay. The owners have a way to go with customer service. I will have to wash my hair when I get home and my scalp feels sore in places. All in all not a great experience.
