Terrible Work, Awful Aftercare, Damages Property

Had a leak from our solar heating he installed a few months after install. Had taken 18 months and many 'fixes' and im still not sure its fixed. He has purposely damaged our property twice and today he spilt oil everywhere and diddnt tell us or clear it up. AVOID!!!!
