Wouldn't use again
Small Utility room/WC extension built very well, but when things went wrong the builder Russell Collocott didn't want to know. Plumbing incorrectly fitted causing blockages, builder denied responsibility and tried to charge extra for rectification. Patio laid too high bridging DPC causing damp, builder denied his fault and refused to rectify. Build promised to take 6 weeks, lasted 14 weeks due to days when no one turned up. My mistake was paying funds up front. You may get a good build but be I recommend don't pay all funds until completely satisfied.
