Most affordable technique
I have used this company for the first time. I appreciated that you can pay after the job is done and there was no call out fee. Patrick has been professional and gave us plenty of information. He has tried his best to use the most affordable technique first to avoid a hefty bill. He was quick and had all the right tools.

I thoroughly recommend!
A fantastic service at a realistic price. Chap called Andre came around after the deadlock engaged itself and we couldn’t enter the house. He was knowledgeable, adaptable and very patient as he sought to unlock the door - which he eventually managed to do. I have to say that it is a rare joy to find a company as helpful as this without charging ripoff prices. And he arrived within 35 minutes. I thoroughly recommend!

SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I was unfortunate enough to have to call an emergency locksmith after my key broke in the door to my apartment building around midnight. I was told on the phone that I would be charged £69, but when the 'locksmiths' arrived was told the nightlatch would have to be replaced and this would mean I would have to pay £220. The next day I found the repair man for our building fixing the new latch which he said had been put on in an incredibly shoddy manner. He told us the latch was worth £15 at most, and furthermore, the broken key could have been retrieved by simply using a pair of tweezers, avoiding any need for replacement. Clearly this organisation preys on vulnerable people in emergencies who have no choice but to accept their ridiculous prices or face being locked out of their homes. Please do not let yourself be scammed by these cruel conmen.
