Keyholding

As keyholders we can look after your business by holding keys to your premises for use in case of emergency.

In case of fire, flood or alarm activation we would attend your premises out of hours and deal with the situation on your behalf and in turn taking away the stress and worry from you and your staff.

Your keys will be held in our fireproof safe situated in our 24hr control room in accordance with BS7984:2008 (keyholding and alarm response services code of practise)

Alarm Response

Our alarm response service gives us the ability in addition to holding your keys to respond to any emergency that may occur.

If your intruder alarm is activated then one of our response officers will attend. All our response officers are industry trained and hold the relative SIA license to carry out their duties to the highest standard.

Each response officer is equipped with a state of the art bodycam which will document everything that occurs on your premises from arrival to departure. This can then be e-mailed with the relevant attendance tickets direct to you at time of leaving.

Mobile Patrol

In the current economic climate the cost of security can be a burden. We can reduce this cost by carrying out mobile patrols on your premises at random times through the night or at specific times that you request.

Open/Close Service

Many business owners don\u2019t like to leave the responsibility to one person to open/close the premises on a daily basis.

To take the responsibility away from your employees holding keys we can provide a safe alternative to your requirements. Upon arrival our officers will externally check your premises before unlocking and unsetting your alarm.
