The Samurai Fitness Group was set up with the sole aim of teaching kickboxing to children. As a result we are at the forefront of martial art classes for children throughout Berks and Bucks where we are based.

We target our classes at the developmental stage of children in the following age groups 4 to 6, 7 to 11, 12 to 16 and 17+.

We have a maximum of 15 students per class and our syllabus incorporates anti-bullying and self-protection techniques, confidence development, respect, discipline, team work and leadership as well as fitness improvement and kickboxing techniques.

Our classes are charge on a half term basis at £8 a lesson. The first 3 lessons are on a pay as you go basis so that you can establish whether you child likes the class and whether you like our teaching style. Unless your child would like to grade (take tests to earn their belts) there is no compulsion to buy any clothing, licenses or equipment.
