Very disappointed with the service
The service is pathetic. I went there with a design in mind (I must admit it was not a plain design). The ladies there were annoyed at me for asking something personalised when I am ready to pay! I was there for more than 40 mins but they dint bother to even speak to me. They spoke in their own language (not sure if it was about me). When I initiated a conversation, they hesitated to even speak! They were very rude. It was a lonely and depressing experience. Finally the design looked rubbish and I washed off my nail and redone it myself at home again! I simply paid £15 for nothing!
