Phone number is not for Kinetic. .. annoying call centre called Procept..

This is for a call centre who do not abide by industry standards. They just make numbers up and have no regard for the telephone preference scheme. The staff say they are calling from procept research (I think, the young female staff talk fast and mumble) and proceed to ask about windows security at your premises. They became extremely rude when asked who they were, who whey researching on behalf of and why they were interested in Windows. They hung up on me, so rude - so I rang back and they are so unprofessional another staff member then issued threats. Caught out scammers I think - clearly not a professional unit as the staff just giggle. One does wonder what information they actually want!!! Ring them back and ask them silly questions too! (
