We had the pleasure of staying at Kingfisher Cottage in February and this beautiful barn conversion set in rolling Devon countryside is perfect for the beach whilst easily accessible to Salcombe, Dartmouth and the wider South Hams coastal region. A wonderful character property that suits both families and couples alike with a large eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with the highest quality appliances and a huge sitting room with log burner, that we really enjoyed as the evenings drew in. Really impressed with the wide range of films ( DVD's ), games, Nintendo for the kids and local detail, that helped us plan a great week. In fact, we did not want for anything whilst saying there. Fantastic property, fantastic location and owners that are a real pleasure to deal with.

Very spacious barn conversion in a remote rural location ideally situated for visiting all the local towns, resorts and beaches. Great for families and thoroughly recommended.
