Used once and wont again
I got a taxi from here probally a year back now,the boy working on the phone told me they had a taxi in the area i was in so the taxi would come to me in 5 minutes,i asked the boy how long because i was in a rush.The taxi came after 20 minutes,the excuse was they was caught in traffic and an accident had happened on the way,so they were stuck in traffic?The funny thing was there was no signs of a accident or any incident on the way back,it was just lies.

want to let you peeps no that kings taxis have become a shining star from the rest of the taxi companays here in leicester.there customer service was more then excellent and there timing was brillent on time over all a drastic improvment from previous comments
