We have experienced continued poor service from Kings over the past 18 months. this had included: *despite reporting a leak in our bathroom in April (after originally reporting loose tiles when we moved in the year before), it was not fixed until January. We had been repeatedly told it would be fixed asap to then receive no correspondence for months. *Having unannounced 'checks' where letters to inform us arrived after the date of the inspection *Poor quality fixtures + fittings that break often (one example being all the door handles locking shut) *twisting comments eg offering two weeks rent refund for being out of our flat for two weeks when leaks finally fixed to then be given one week 'per person' despite the rent not being paid on a per person basis *now we have moved out they are dragging their feet on returning deposit and only respond to queries when chased. Seem unable to determine normal wear and tear after 18 months living somewhere.
