Main sewer line blockage/re-lining
When our floor drain backed up sewage a few days before Thanksgiving, with a new baby in the house, we were not happy. They came out and tried to unblock the drains from the inside, but it turned out that exterior excavation was needed (a city tree had roots in our drain) and the trap was plugged up. I don't know how it worked up until that day! They did everything - called the city works dept, got the permits and inspector to come out. Just perfect I'm really glad I picked this company

Toilet Problems....Again
I was having some plumbing problems with my toilet again and so I decided to call this company. They were very informative and told me that they could have a plumber come to my home to give me a free estimate. The plumber came on time, was very professional and gave me a VERY affordable and reasonable price. I am very satisfied with this company and will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

Kitchen and Bathroom renewal of all fixtures
These guys are quick on scheduling an appointment. Pretty clean on the job site and they try to not make a mess as much as possible and if they do, they will not leave until all the debris have been cleared.

plumbing on broken water supply
Good help is hard to find in London, and I've been screwed by a few plumbers in this city. This company are pure professionals, very helpful, classy and upbeat. Unlike other plumbers who carefully charged me per hour in the past, these guys stuck to their fixed quote - for the work they did.

Low Hot Water Levels
Serviceman was great. He diagnosed our problem and offered us the available alternatives. Throughout, we felt he was very knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend him if given the chance.

This is the service for you - prompt, friendly and correct
No one could fix our renegade toilet. We were told there was nothing wrong with it except we knew it didn't work. This company promptly showed up and believed, diagnosed and fixed the problem. If you don't use this company you are making a huge mistake. Thanks .

Move as stress-free
I moved from an apartment to a small house. Steward came to give a quote when he said he would, brought boxes to be used as needed, and came on time to do the move. He and his workers showed initiative in moving furniture that wouldn't fit, worked efficiently, and were friendly and polite. Nothing got broken. The bill had no add-ons that I hadn't been told about. I chose this company because of Steward businesslike but pleasant approach, as well as a reasonable quote. They made the move as stress-free as it could be.

Would recommend
Bob was incredible to us before, during, and after our move. They really helped make it a less stressful day. They showed up early and got straight to work. The staff was VERY polite, professional and honest! After they were done our move, I got a call the next day from one of them saying that they had left a couple plugs (floor protectors for kitchen stools) in their truck and would drop them off in the next couple days. I was floored (no pun intended) as I hadn't noticed them missing and probably wouldn't have. I woke up the very next morning and they were in my mailbox! These guys worked very hard and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a hassle-free moving company!

Amazed !
We had recently installed a toilet and it started leaking out the sides, we reinstalled a wax ring and it leaked through to the basement. We decided it was time to call someone in. We called three companies, but being the holidays, no one returned our phone call. Sam not only returned our call, but was able to repair the toilet on Easter.

Outstanding !
Second Job done by Matthew. I was were very pleased with his service, work and attitude. He was very very courteous, upfront about costs, and what had to be done. The job took a shorter amount of time than planned and I was pleased with the results. I like that Matthew is not a shark. He does a good job and he charges for what he thinks his work is worth.
