Kingsway Guest House is situated on a quiet street, conveniently located for all Edinburgh city centre attractions. We offer free off-street parking.

OUR ROOMS

All our bedrooms are well appointed, recently redecorate and stylish, with either en-suite or private facilities. The accommodation is comfortable and clean, all rooms have central heating and LCDs TVs. All rooms are non-smoking.

All our rooms situated on the first and second floors, accessed by stairs. Every room has tea and coffee making facilities, towels and hairdryer. Free wi-fi is available.

Check-in time is from 2pm until 6pm, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Check-out time is 10.30am.

LOCATION

The Kingsway is close to the major attractions in Edinburgh. There are many excellent restaurants, cafes and bars within 5 minutes walking distance. Guests can enjoy the splendid views of Edinburgh afforded by nearby Holyrood Park.

In particular the Kingsway is close to Holyrood Palace, the Scottish Parliament, the Festival Theatre, Queens Hall, Prestonfield House, Royal Commonwealth Pool, the family exhibition Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and Edinburgh University. We are close to all the main venues during the Edinburgh Festival.
