Ever wondered if there is a heating /electrical system for your properties that could be installed that allows your tenants to pay for there own central heating and electric.
Now there is !! We can install in your property a fully metered electrical and heating system allowing your tenants full access and control of their own heating and electrical needs.
The heating system only requires the supply and install of 1 boiler per property , and can be either a standard boiler with cylinder , which can be integrated in to a solar system for even more fuel efficiency or a standard combination boiler. For existing central heating systems we also have a system that can be integrated in to your radiator heating system
The initial outlay is recovered quickly with the tenants paying you back for the electric and heating they use . We can even install metered supplies for washing machines and tumble dryers meaning all costs are being met by your tenants.
