East Kilbride Maths & English Education Centre providing tuition for primary & secondary students by qualified teachers.
Established in 2005 in the Village in East Kilbride, Margaret Carmichael and her team of qualified and very experienced classroom teachers provide after school tuition to children from primary one to Secondary 6 exam level. The FREE educational assessment is conducted by a teacher and will highlight areas of weakness or gaps in learning that may be holding your child back from reaching their full potential at school. Our 80 minute weekly lessons are designed specifically for each student and involves one to one teaching and a mixture of written and computer exercises to reinforce the lesson being taught. Where specific gaps in learning have been identified, this sometimes means going back to re-teach certain topics and ensuring that your child fully understands the topic before moving onto the next level. Students quickly build confidence in their ability and look forward to coming each week as they see they are making real progress in the classroom. Please note we are not the same as some large drop in learning centres or study centres and should not be compared - only qualified and experienced classroom teachers are employed at Kip McGrath East Kilbride Education Centre. EK Summer School
During the summer we offer special two hour weekly classes for students to help keep brains active and ensure that you are starting the new school term confident and fully prepared. These special classes run every Tuesday morning from 10.00am until 12.00
