Michael Turner is a, professional, highly experienced teacher with nearly 40 years' service in Maidstone and Mid-Kent. He has taught in many schools in the area including several successful years working with young people with Special Educations Needs and with social emotional and behavioural problems. He is able to help children come to terms with problems and assist them to confront them so that they can develop their own confidence to succeed.

He has held many different leadership posts and has been responsible for various roles within them. He has taught children of different ages and has been a mentor for assisting staff new to working with children. He has undertaken training sessions for new staff and has been instrumental in setting up and improving systems to make effective changes in school.
