Absolutely terrible
DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SALON IN WEST LONDON, IIF NOT EVER. Absolutely terrible! This is a classic case of "you get what you pay for." The work at this salon is incredibly sloppy and there is no way to relax, most unprofessional and unfriendly customer environment you can come across. I don't think anyone has ever been so rude and in my face with total disregard to customer service levels. Left feeling stressed and sore due to the haste and lack of attention to detail and felt totally ripped off. RUN for your life and go ANYWHERE but here!
