It is difficult to find the words to describe my experience of this company, who miserably failed to turn up for a VERY important booking ; but I’ll try:- Incompetent, incapable, deficient, incomprehensible, inadequate, unfit, incongruous, inconsistent, unsuitable, ridiculous, ludicrous, absurd, inappropriate, unable, contrary, unhelpful, uncaring, inefficient, troublesome, untrustworthy, despicable, dishonest, unworthy, deceitful, unpredictable, questionable, capricious, disgraceful, appalling, unapologetic. Pick any word you like. But, if I had a barge pole, I wouldn’t touch them with it!
